Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Business Understanding:
• Analyze and understand B2B processes in the Retail, Energy, FMCG, and Manufacturing industries.
• Identify potential business opportunities and provide insights for informed decision-making.
• Customer Interaction:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer-facing interactions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable business requirements.
• Business Requirement Gathering:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate between development, testing, and product management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Product Development Ownership:
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Ensure the final product meets business objectives.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Process Model and Notation (BPML), Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), and more.
• Prepare user manuals, test case documents, and project status reports.
• Testing:
• Conduct SAP and Java testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with testing teams to prepare, review, and execute test cases.
• SAP and Java Knowledge:
• Provide support in SAP Material Management (MM) processes and contribute to SAP-related projects.
• Collaborate with development teams on Java-based solutions, specifically in the MERN stack.
